Refund and cancellation policy

• Changing your order:
  • Orders can be changed until January 31st at 5:00 PM.
• Cancelling your order:
  • Orders can be cancelled with a full refund until January 31st at 5:00 PM.

Please Also Note:

• All orders must be picked up by 3:00pm on Saturday, February 15th. Any plants that remain after this time will be treated as donations to local restoration efforts.  No refunds are available for plants not picked up.
• Because of how orders are assembled and stored, we are unable to accommodate early or late pick-ups, or to ship orders. If you are unable to pick up your plants that day, please send a friend to pick them up for you.
