Refund and cancellation policy

  • Changing your order:
    • Orders can be changed until January 30th.
  • Cancelling your order:
    • Orders can be cancelled with a full refund until January 30th.
    • Orders can be cancelled with a partial refund (less a 25% handling fee) until 5:00 pm on February 7th.
    • No cancellations or refunds after 5:00 pm on February 7th.

Please Also Note:

  • All orders must be picked up by 3:00pm on Saturday, February 8th. Any plants that remain after this time will be treated as donations to local restoration efforts.  No refunds are available for plants not picked up.
  • Because of how orders are assembled and stored, we are unable to accommodate early or late pick-ups, or to ship orders. If you are unable to pick up your plants that day, please send a friend to pick them up for you.
